Description:
Black suspension.

Pharmacology:
Neoplasia is the result of an imbalance between cell proliferation and programmed cell death (necrobiosis or apoptosis).
Hydrochloric acid, which is part of the serum, is used to model transdermal permeability, as it has a high penetrating ability through the epidermis and dermis.
Nanocarbon is a therapeutic agent that acts electively on the connective tissue and immunophagocytic system of the skin. It has a selective effect on skin tissues, including the skin surface, as well as blood and lymphatic capillaries.
Nanocarbon has a strong antitumor effect on tissues as it penetrates through the microvasculature and the lymphatic system into various structures of the skin.
Nanocarbon has also an anti-inflammatory effect, which indicates direct stimulation of the immunophagocytic system and the dendritic cells, fibroblasts and histiocytes responsible for it.
Serum H538 effectively affects all skin structures: the immunophagocytic system, epidermis, connective tissue, microcirculation, and lymph circulation.
It restores homeostasis in skin tissues and simultaneously models the tissue form of apoptosis and necrobiosis, and in cases of malignant pigmented tumours – of melanomas.

 
Scope of application:
The nanocarbon serum is designed to effectively remove benign and malignant skin neoplasms.
 

Indications:
The Serum is intended for fast and safe dissolution of benign and malignant skin neoplasms of any origin, such as papillomas, condylomas, keratomas, basaliomas, nevi (pigmented and hypomelanotic moles), etc.
Instructions for use:
The serum is applied and evenly distributed over the surface of the formation with a plastic stick integrated in the lid of the glass flask.
The procedure is repeated after 10-15 minutes.
The total number of procedures is determined by a dermatologist.
When removing pendunculated papillomas, the Serum is applied to the base of the papilloma.
There may be a burning sensation in skin areas where the Serum is applied.
After completing the procedure, it is recommended to seal the formation with medical plaster for 1-2 hours to avoid any contact with clothing.
Warnings:
When a treated surface of the Formation develops a crust, wait for its natural rejection (do not tear off!).
Treat facial nevi with caution avoiding any contact with mucous membrane of the eyes!
If the Serum accidentally gets into the eyes or contacts healthy skin, immediately rinse the eyes or an affected skin area with plenty of water
Avoid direct sunlight.

Dosage form:
Glass bottles with a capacity of 0.1 ml, 0.5 ml, 1 ml in cardboard packaging.

Storage conditions:
Store at room temperature in a dry dark place out of reach of children.

Shelf life:
3 years from the date of manufacture indicated on the package.

Avoid contact of the serum with mucous membranes, especially that of the eyes. If this happens, rinse the eyes IMMEDIATELY with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
If the serum gets on surrounding healthy skin areas, it is recommended to IMMEDIATELY wipe it off with a dry napkin or cotton swab and apply a thick layer of greasy ointment (e. g., vaseline).

 
Particular care must be taken when removing neoplasms in natural skin folds and thin skin areas (armpits, under the mammary glands, inguinal folds, skin between the fingers).
If you accidentally peel off a cauterized papilloma or wart (for example, with a collar of clothing), treat the wound with an antiseptic.
